With steadfast support from her family, Tanisha focused on elevating her online presence while working tirelessly behind the scenes to grow the business, deliver exceptional results for her sales and property management clients, and navigate the demands of life—all while embracing motherhood with the arrival of her first child in January 2021.
Participated in Biggest Morning Tea, raised over $1814 helped raise cancer awareness. Continued contributing towards donations of $XX, for every sale and rental of properties. Started expanding in commercial real estate for sales and rentals. Trained young individual to gain industry experience, Google reviews touched 100 positive 5 stars, real estate reviews and ratemyagent reviews continued to grow and glow
Tanisha welcomed her second child in October 2024, while juggling between life and work priorities, having SOLD 50 properties and managing a rent roll of close to 100 properties, all acquired through word of mouth and referrals.
Again nominated for Local Business Awards, Donation and giving back to community connection continued, onboarding of new team member and ramping of sales and management portfolio continued.
